$119.00 Semi Suite (one queen bed, single or double occupancy)

TAX
Rates are subject to the 5% Provincial Hotel Room Tax and the 7% Goods and Services Tax.

DESTINATION MARKETING FEE
This is a 2.8% fee levied against the guest room rate, which is also subject to the 7% GST.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST & LOCAL CALLS
A deluxe continental breakfast is included in your room rate. Weekdays 6:30am -9:30am, weekends and holidays 7:30am -10:30am. Local calls are also included in the room rate.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 3:00pm
Check-out time is 12:00 noon

PARKING
Underground parking is available for $9.95 per day + tax with in and out privileges.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be made directly with the hotel on an individual basis. Individuals may contact hotel reservations department at 800-465-7275 or 613-567-7275. Room reservations must be made on or before Tuesday, August 16, 2005. On this date, unassigned rooms will be released for general sale at the house rate and the negotiated rate will be processed on an availability basis.

METHOD OF PAYMENT - GUESTROOMS
Room, tax and incidental charges will be the responsibility of each guest upon check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty

In addition, Fred Schueler, who lives approximately 45 minutes away from the downtown hotel location has agreed to provide space for accommodation. Fred can provide floor space for approximately 20 people in the Bishops Mills Natural History Centre, and there is also room at Fred's to put up tents. Annual Meetings are usually held at the end of September or the beginning of October. We try to alternate each year between eastern and western Canada. Each year students are eligible for the best poster or best presentation awards.
